Most proud of? Helping to realease a wild bobcat from a steel jaw leghold trap in Julian. I'll never forget the look on his face when he realized he was free.

I started the Smooth Jazz Pet of the Week in the hope of bringing animals and people together. Animals fill a gap that no human could ever fill. Human love is a beautiful thing but it is not without condition. An animal doesn’t care what you look like or why you didn’t call. Its love is unconditional.

Athletic Fun!  Let's Go Run!

Available at Helen Woodward Animal Center

 

"Boone" is a 1 ½ year old, neutered, male, Coonhound Blend.  Your personal trainer is a genuine hound dog!  "Boone" is as athletic as you can get!  He plays well with other dogs and after a good run, is easy going and laid back.  Good natured but due to his size and bounciness, "Boone" would be best in a home with humans 16 years and older.  Outside activities are much more fun with a canine companion! Your new best friend will be something to 'howl' about! Discover all the beauty of "Boone", waiting for you at Helen Woodward Animal Center!

 

"Boone's" adoption fee:  just $195.

 

All pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center have been spayed or neutered, have up-to-date vaccinations and microchip identification.

Plus a Certificate for a Free Night Stay at our Club Pet Boarding!

 

Helen Woodward Animal Center kennels are open everyday from 11am to 6pm (Applications accepted till 5:45pm) at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe.
